Jason Walker: Jason was the first to introduce me to a djembe. Within a few months we were in Zimbabwe making music with people from across the continent. He is a phenomenal percussionist who amazes me every year. He performs and teaches in the D.C area. He is a Rhumba technician and the baddest Chekere player I’ve ever seen.
